Short delay response
I usually reply quickly. If you haven't received a reply within 24 hours, it means I get too many requests. Please wait 48 hours before sending a new message, as I typically respond to all requests, regardless of my availability. However, I reserve the right not to respond to the most outlandish requests. I appreciate your understanding.
No third-party involvement
As I choose to do everything by myself, there are no assistants or secretaries between you and me.
Unlimited mix revisions
I do what it takes to get the mix done and agreed. Unless nonsensical revisions are requested, there are no extra or hidden costs.
Free multi-format exports
I will export your project in any file format you need at no extra cost.
Mix translation matters
Thanks to a close collaboration with Jesco Lohan of Acoustics Insider, the room and the monitors are in symbiosis, which allows me to be confident in my choices.

What price range should I expect?
Every project needs different treatment, and prices depend on many factors. Hence, I cannot give you a "one size fits all" price. Since I'm neither a beginner nor a top-level engineer, my prices are about average.
Do my project really needs to be edited?
In a nutshell: yes, it does!
If you are an independent artist, filmmaker, publicist, influencer, or podcaster, the editing stage is as important as any other steps involved in a recording session. Its main goal is to improve the quality of your audio content and make it more engaging by removing unwanted noise, boosting clarity, cleaning up mistakes, managing volumes, and a few other little steps, making your files ready for the next stage.
What is the delivery delay?
I have a quick turnaround policy but it really depends on my work load and your needs. Some editing jobs can be done in a very short time.
Can I get the stems of my mix(es)?
Yes, you can retrieve the stems used for mixing. This service is billed at 25€, as the export process takes longer.
Do you accept very small tasks?
I love my job, so yes.
How can I pay?
You can pay by wire transfer, Wise, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies. If either payment method doesn't suit you, contact me to find a solution.
I got the quote. When should I pay my bill?
Ideally, within seven days of the quotation date. I will carry out the work as soon as I receive full payment.
About listening & feedback
I suggest you listen to the mix, and any other resulting job, using familiar systems like your usual headphones and monitors.
For a mixing job, compare it to the reference track(s) you provided. If you are in a band, make sure all the members approve the mix, or the project’s authority person.
For a cleaning/editing/montage job, compare it to the provided source(s), and be sure any project’s authority person approved the result.
Right of withdrawal & refund policy
You always have the right to withdraw without giving any reason. You can ask for a refund if you meet our conditions. To learn more about it, please carefully read our terms of use.
What if I don't like the result?
It is certainly not a situation we want to be in. So, although I'm confident, all sorts of things can still happen. I want you to know that in such a case, I'll do my utmost to make it work out for both parties, within reason, that is.

How do I send or retrieve my files?
For both upload and download, I will provide a personalized and unique Smash link.
If you want to send me a link spontaneously, you can use Smash or SwissTransfer. Both are free, secure, easy to use, and don't require creating a user account.

I've uploaded the wrong file(s)!
It is rarely a problem, depending on how many files are involved. In any case, contact me as soon as possible. We'll validate the new files together where necessary.
However, if your project is already underway, additional costs may occur. It all depends on how far along it is.
My download link has expired!?
Each link provided has a validity of 30 days.
If you need to re-download your files, message me using the contact form, select "Support request" as a subject, and enter the invoice project number. This service is free of charge.
A 10€ fee is applied if your project is older than one year or if you ask for more than 2 times for the same project within a year.
